UNITED GUJARATI CONVENTION – Vendor Opportunities

Join us as a vendor and showcase your products or services to thousands of enthusiastic attendees! Be part of a vibrant celebration of culture, cuisine, and commerce—reserve your spot today and connect with diverse audiences in the Central Florida area and visitors from all over USA.

Vendor Registration: Review the vendor booth layout to review the booths that you prefer. Then, submit your booth reservation request using the form below. Select the commodity and check if the booth that you desire is available. You will see the fees for the booth that you selected.

We accept payment using CHECK or ZELLE (preferred for fastest turn around time) Pay by ZELLE to ____ Then enter the Zelle transaction number or name on this form, fill the other details and submit the form. This will "HOLD" your booth for three days. Your booth rental will be confirmed as soon as our treasurer receives and confirms the deposit of your Zelle payment. You will receive the email notification once confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: If we dont receive your payment within the stipulated time, then the hold on the booth will be released and it may be rented by someone else.

Vendors cannot select a Booth from "Sponsors" category. In order to reserve the "Sponsor" booth, you can consider to be a sponsor (visit our Sponsors page for details).

Payments

I, the undersigned owner or authorized person on behalf of the above business agrees to conduct the business in accordance with the State of Florida requirements. It will be my responsibility to collect appropriate sales taxes and remit them to the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida. Fedetation of Gujarati Associations of USA, ("FOGAUSA") assumes no responsibility towards the collection or remittance of the sales/use taxes for any vendors or stalls. In addition, I the participant, (or we, if more than one participant) expressly release FOGAUSA of and from all liability for any theft, damage, injury or loss to any persons or goods, which may arise from the licensing and occupation of exhibition space by us. There will be no special arrangements made except for the routine security provided by FOGAUSA. I understand that I will not be granted entry to the event premises if my payment is not settled one business day prior to the event date.

I understand that the Refund Policy Terms state there there will be NO REFUNDS.
